At Alpkit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 123-day return policy for any unused items in their original packaging. Whether it’s a fit issue or a change of heart, we’ve made our exchange and refund process as simple as possible.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 7 working days of receipt.
